Yoga At Greengairs
Where better to stretch, breathe deeply and put your mind into a yoga practice than in our beautiful rural setting here at Greengairs Health & Fitness?
Our very own Yogi Master, Rosie Summerton’s Yoga practice is inspired by ‘Forrest Yoga’- a form of yoga developed by Ana Forrest with modern day living in mind. Forrest Yoga acknowledges that working life in today’s world means that many of us spend hours hunched over our computers or doing work which can be physically and mentally detrimental to our well being.
Small Number Yoga Workshops
Rosie runs her Yoga practice in a workshop series combining breathing and movement to strengthen and improve flexibility and resilience. The series runs for 6 weeks and in each weekly workshop she builds on the fundamental elements to take you forward in your practice.
Numbers are limited to 10 so that every individual can get the most out of the class.
Her 60-minute beginners’ classes are held on Thursdays at 8 pm in our private gym.
The cost for six classes is £42.00
Please bring a mat and water. If you do not have a mat Rosie can arrange one for you.
