Small Group Classes

If you like the buzz of a group workout but want the benefit of a 121 training session then try our small group fitness classes held weekly at our private gym.

We limit numbers to keep group sizes small, ensuring you get individual attention. Our motivated and enthusiastic trainers help all our members to reach their fitness goals and have fun doing it.

Pilates

Every Monday at 8pm

Often overlooked as a gentle form of exercise, Pilates uses a combination of strengthening and low impact movement to create a very intense and highly beneficial workout.

You do not need to be ultra fit or have great muscle suppleness to begin Pilates, but the classes will enhance both of these. Focus is given to strengthening the core muscles within the torso whilst developing breathing control, coordination and stability of the body. Pilates aims to lengthen muscles and relax and rebalance the body.


Value: £45 for a block of 6 classes

Yoga

Thursdays at 6:45pm and 8pm

Where better to stretch, breathe deeply and put your mind into a yoga practice than in our beautiful rural setting here at Greengairs Health & Fitness?

Our very own Yogi Master, Rosie Summerton offers 6 week yoga workshops. Each session builds on the fundamental elements to take you forward in your practice.

Classes are limited to 10 to ensure every individual gets the most out of the class. More info on Rosie’s yoga here.

Circuits Training

Every Tuesday at 8pm

We run a gym based circuits class using a range of equipment to work different muscle groups and keep the class interesting each week.

As group sizes are small, members of all fitness levels can work at their own pace whilst benefiting from the focus and drive of a trainer.

Inventive exercises, our enthusiastic trainers and the small group atmosphere make this class a fun and uplifting workout session.
